What makes an extraordinary coach: Unlocking the coach within.

As the coaching industry grows, it’s becoming increasingly hard to tell who is extraordinary and who is average.

But what is an extraordinary coach? What sets them apart?

Now it’s common to see the coaching industry overwhelmed with competitive attitudes, claims of overnight transformation, and money-motivated people who are unfamiliar with clear processes and frameworks to guide their clients to success.

But the extraordinary coach learns to let go of her ego - to call on and listen to the quiet whispers of her soul and examine herself, first.

An extraordinary coach knows that she must put herself first and commit to the deep inner work in order to truly serve others.

A good coach prioritizes her own personal development… yes, even before others’. The ability to commit to her own inner work and then channel her deep awareness of self into her life’s work and passion is what separates a good coach from an extraordinary coach.

Building a successful and impactful coaching practice means you need to be able to identify your style, your strengths, and your gaps to attract the right clients.

This allows you to be free and to serve your clients from a place of alignment and clarity. An extraordinary coach doesn’t project her feelings and experiences onto others, give advice, or course-correct her clients. She collaborates with her clients to help them uncover their own north star.

While there are no cookie-cutter frameworks, processes, or skills - a strong knowing of self is critical to hold space for others. When we are able to process our own joys, discomforts, wins, and losses, we open ourselves up to more deeply connect with others

Of course, this isn’t an easy or fast process. But it’s an absolutely necessary one.

I founded the Mind Rebel™ Academy (MRA) with this in mind. In part 1 of the coach training series, the Mind Rebel™ Practitioner Training, you will learn the Mind Rebel™ Method, a revolutionary coaching framework that you integrate and experience in your own life first.

After moving beyond the limiting beliefs of your mind and exploring and uncovering the purest and most authentic version of who you are, you will then move on to part 2 of the coaching training series where you will hone your skills as a world-class accredited coach.

The field of coaching is rapidly expanding in scope and in quality. As it does, we will see more and more coaches who take this calling seriously and achieve great results. Those who have a deep desire to impact those they love and serve and are committed to their life’s work will rise to the top.

The Mind Rebel™ Method connects you to your True North, the unwavering inner compass that helps you unlock your fullest potential.
