Taryn Watts, MCC
Taryn Watts is the Founder of the Mind Rebel™ Academy and an ICF Accredited Master Certified Coach. As the creator of the Mind Rebel™ Method, she has pioneered a groundbreaking self-discovery framework that is reshaping how people coach, lead, and connect on a global scale.
With over a decade of experience, Taryn’s focus is on designing world-class, transformative curriculum for coaches. Her approach emphasizes helping people tap into their deepest truths and heal subconscious patterns that hold them back, empowering them to step confidently into their purpose and goals. She is committed to training coaches to the highest standards, ensuring that the next generation of coaches is equipped with the integrity, credibility, and skill to create lasting impact in the lives of those they serve.

Michelle Theriault, PCC
Michelle has been a pillar of MRA since its inception, shaping both student and faculty development. Deeply committed to coaching, she has contributed significantly to MRA's curriculum, especially in the Vocation Incubator and Flagship Coach Training programs. Formerly a Mentor Coach, Michelle has supported countless students in their growth journeys. Now, as Senior Advisor, her expertise guides MRA through ongoing growth, serving as a key thought partner with the community's best interest at heart.
As a certified Mind Rebel™ Coach and ICF Professional Certified Coach, Michelle honors each individual's uniqueness in all she does. Outside of MRA, she enjoys nature, foraging wildflowers and mushrooms, and caring for her chickens.

Miranda Solomon, PCC
Miranda has been an integral part of MRA since its inception, beginning as a Mentor Coach and supporting numerous cohorts over the years. With hundreds of coaching hours and experience with clients from diverse backgrounds, Miranda brings depth to her work with students. As a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF and a certified Trauma-Sensitive Leadership Coach, Miranda is committed to fostering growth and transformation. Her mentorship is rooted in the belief in each student’s wholeness and potential.
Outside of coaching, Miranda finds joy near the water, exploring Ottawa’s trails with her husband and son, or having spontaneous kitchen dance parties.

Ashley Cochrane, PCC
Ashley brings a unique blend of grounding, presence, and inspiration to her role as Mentor Coach at MRA, guiding coaches in their personal growth and refining their skills. With a gift for instilling confidence and simplifying complex ideas, Ashley is a trusted mentor. An ICF Professional Certified Coach, yoga teacher, and holder of a Master of Arts in Public Ethics, she draws on a diverse background in relationship-building and communication to enrich her coaching.
Guided by the quote, “In the depths of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer” (Albert Camus), Ashley is passionate about helping others find their inner light. Outside work, she enjoys yoga, tea with friends, traveling, and time with her partner and daughter.

Judith Castro
Judith brings over 24 years of professional experience to her role as Student Success Advisor at MRA, dedicated to enhancing the student experience with guidance, resources, and support. She also contributes to operational efficiency, process improvement, and communication within the team.
Judith’s nurturing, solution-focused approach is evident in all areas of her life, including as a devoted mother of two. Passionate about helping others and fostering a positive environment, she makes a meaningful impact at MRA and beyond. Her experience and dedication are invaluable to students and colleagues alike.

Kaley Guy
Kaley, a graduate of MRA’s inaugural cohort, plays a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organization. As Financial Controller, she manages Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, tax payments, cash flow, and bookkeeping, ensuring the MRA’s financial integrity. Since stepping into this role several years ago, Kaley’s dedication and expertise have supported the organization’s sustainable growth and long-term success.
Kaley is passionate about her family, getting outdoors, and living a well-balanced nurtured life.

Laura Mora
Laura is a dedicated MRA faculty member, guiding students to activate and expand their intuition with a heart-centered approach. Through a powerful inner framework, she helps coaches reconnect with their inner wisdom, focusing on authentic transformation and awakening the heart. A Certified Reiki Master, Laura redefines Reiki as “The Practice of Love” and leads Semillas Montreal, Quebec’s largest trilingual Reiki community.
Founder of “La Source en Soi,” Laura blends the Mind Rebel™ Methodology, ThetaHealing®, breathwork, and energy healing. She’s also a Certified Mindfulness Teacher (Greater Good Science Center, Berkeley). Proud of her Mexican roots, she enjoys singing rancheras, cherishing family moments, and performing in Playback Theater, blending artistry with storytelling.

Angie Arora
Angie Arora, an MRA faculty member, guides students and alumni in trauma awareness and nervous system regulation within coaching. As founder of Arora Wellness and a Social Worker, Certified Compassion Fatigue Specialist, and Wellbeing Coach, she focuses on fostering internal safety in response to trauma.
With 20 years in teaching, Angie demystifies trauma, supporting those in high-stress, trauma-exposed fields, especially animal healthcare. She holds a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University, a Master’s from York University, and certifications in Emotional CPR and Compassion Fatigue. Beyond her work, Angie is dedicated to expanding trauma awareness practices, benefitting MRA and the wider community.

Lorelei Rollings
Lorelei joined the RCMP to explore her deep interest in human behavior, coaching as a Recruit Trainer, Firearms Instructor, and later as Director of Leadership Development. With extensive training in leadership, conflict resolution, Indigenous awareness, and trauma, she brings rich experience to her coaching and facilitation roles.
Lorelei is honoured to have led leadership training in Indonesia for women police officers and has been awarded the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and a Deputy Commissioner’s certificate for her work in respectful workplaces and mental health. She is now the RCMP's Director General of Culture and Innovation, an ICF-trained coach (MRA), and a certified EQi trainer. Living in Ottawa, she enjoys the outdoors with her family and dogs.

Kelly Campbell
Kelly is a people-centric leader, catalyst for change, and advocate for equity. She spent over 15 years in the Government of Canada, focused on policy, strategy, and program implementation.
Her coaching journey began as a client of MRA’s Taryn Watts, transforming her leadership and sparking her desire to become a coach. Discussions with Lorelei and Taryn led to the creation of the Aligned Leader program to address a key gap in leadership: self-awareness. This program fosters self-exploration and coaching skills for today’s leaders.
In 2024, Kelly left her government role to focus on family, coaching, and launching the Aligned Leader program. She also specializes in grief and death planning, supporting clients in creating meaningful legacies.
