It was April 7th, 2010—my 25th birthday. I sat at a packed, vibrant super club, where the flashing lights and pulsating music created an atmosphere of excitement and celebration.

I graduated from my coach training on the same day I became a mother. On June 4th, 2013, it felt as though I was being birthed into the world in two new roles simultaneously: mom and coach.

Despite my best efforts, I could never neatly define a niche or target audience (a real marketing no-no, I know). Instead, I opened the door to anyone who felt drawn to the deep inner work that the Mind Rebel™ Method seemed to facilitate—a practice that calls to the quiet stirrings within.
